It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Borchardt in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 21, 2026, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville "Orf" Borchardt and Selma "Sadie" Borchardt; his brothers, Ruben and Bob; and his in-laws, Don and Jeanne Schrader.
He is survived by: his wife Joni; his children, Stacie Orcutt (Kurt), Chad Borchardt (DeAnn) and Suzie Olson (John); his grandchildren, Bria Skibba (Shawn), CJ Hahn (Cheyenne), Spencer Hahn (Jordan), Zack Marks, Caden Borchardt, Evan Borchardt, Keegan Orcutt, Kenadee Orcutt, Justin Olson (Samantha) and Jamie Olson (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Ivory, Shawn Jr., Jude Skibba, Braeleigh, Brynnlee, Blakely Hahn, Lyla Hahn, Cayde, Isaak Olson, Kian and Kolson Olson; his sister Barb Kulow (Steve); and his cousin Janice Schoenherr. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
