She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Chapman (Jeanette) and Jeanette Chapman; her in-law LaVere Lewis (Ella); her siblings, Darlene Schambow (Robert), Richard Chapman (Patti), Carol Weicht (Harry) and William Chapman (MaryJo); Michael Raddigan, Jeanie Lewis, Jayne Schambow and Joel Schambow.
She is survived by: her husband Donald W. Lewis; her children, Linda L. Lewis of Milwaukee and Steven W. Lewis of Sun Prairie; her grandchildren, Branden W. Lewis, Nicole E. Lewis and Japrese J. Lewis; her great grandchild Eno'Maye L. Hunt; her siblings, Karen Weisenberger (Jim), James Chapman (Margie), John Chapman (Peggy), Lynn Chapman and Layne Chapman; and her brother-in-law Glenn Lewis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
