He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Witherill and Beulah Witherill (Eiler); his son David Witherill; and his siblings, Richard "Rusty" Witherill, Thomas Witherill, Nick Witherill and Penelope "Penny" Felix.
He is survived by: his sons, Christopher and Mike Witherill (Debbie); his wife Christine Knaak of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.; his children, Daniel Witherill and Anne Witherill (Sara); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Austin, Brittni Antonescu (Alex) and Lauren Maughan (Jesse); his great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Cash Maughan; his siblings, Joseph Witherill (Sandra), Delia Jurek (Doug), Elizabeth Hofer and Julie Witherill; and his sister-in-law Marsha Witherill (Nick).
