He was predeceased by: his parents, Benny Mickelson and Dorothy Mickelson (Stormer); and his brother-in-law Mickey Ward. He is survived by: his son Cody; his granddaughter MacKenzie; his sisters, Trish Ward and Lois Knowles-Rick (Bryan); and the mother of his child Debbie Mickelson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 2525 Rail Rd, Sun Prairie, WI 53590.
