Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cress Funeral & Cremation Service - Sun Prairie (1310 Emerald Terrace, Sun Prairie, WI 53590). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Oak Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Chuy's memory to UW Health American Family Children's Hospital.
