Marilyn Breunig Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Marilyn Breunig (Sun Prairie, Wisconsin). Marilyn, born on April 24, 1940, passed away on September 24, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marilyn Breunig to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Maxey and Lillian Maxey (Plautz); her husband Wes; and her siblings, John Henry Maxey and Patricia Simester.

She is survived by: her granddaughters, Ashley, Elizabeth and Lisa; her siblings-in-law, Bill Simester and Tricia Maxey; and her stepchildren, Timothy Breunig (Judy), Laurie Flight (Bruce), Peter Breunig (Dana) and Christine HaefnerShe (Michael). She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Tuschen-Newcomer Funeral Home (302 Columbus St, Sun Prairie, WI 53590).
