He is survived by: his wife Karen Kepper; and his children, Carl Kepper and Krista Tressa. He is also survived by four grandchildren, a son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, four sisters-in-law, three brothers-in-law, three nephews, five nieces, and many dear friends and neighbors.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lake Edge Lutheran Church (4032 Monona Dr, Madison, WI 53716). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 2:15 PM to 2:45 PM at the Sunset Ridge Memorial Park (4300 Green Bay Rd, Kenosha, WI 53144).
