She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Vernon Belz and Anita Belz (Charlson); her brother Gerald; her husband Wesley Carter; her daughters, Kristin Hildebrandt (Steve) and Jennifer Christianson (Eric); her stepchildren, Brian Carter (Deanna) and Kelli Carter; her sister-in-law Sue Belz; her niece Jody Belz; her nephew Todd Belz (Tammy); her grandchildren, Ryan, Nick (Elizabeth), Katie, George, Grace, Grant and Andrew; and her great grandchild Elliot.
She, was an avid knitter, donating over 1, 000 hats for newborn babies, patients undergoing chemo, treatment, helmet liners for vets, and making hats and scarves for boys' and girls' clubs.
