He is survived by : his wife Evelyn Leahy; his daughters, Michelle Lewis and Nancy Isellin (Michael); his grandchildren, Ashley, Brianna, Brooke (Jeff), Eli and Elijah; his great grandchildren, Madison, Liberty, Allaina, Zoey, Jaxon and Peter; and his siblings, Frank Urban (Rosie), Elizabeth Waller and Kathleen Danielson.
