He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Stowell and Edna Stowell (Hartman); his siblings, Don Stowell and Betty Jones; his sister-in-law Jeri Stowell; and his niece Diane Freymiller.
He is survived by: his friend Toby; his wife Susan Fritz; his daughters, Sabina Biel (Michael) and Nicole Yin (Ryu); his grandchildren, Anna (Edwin), Claire (Jonathan), Ella, Gabriel and Kitana; his brother Duke Stowell; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Stowell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
