It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry Lee Auchtung of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 9, 2026, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce Auchtung and David Auchtung Sr.; his sister Sherrie Witt; his in-laws, Charles and Helen Hart; his brother-in-law Paul Witt; and his niece Dana Waddell.

He is survived by: his wife Cindy Auchtung (Hart); his children, Tamara Poppert (Paul), Jeramie Auchtung (Colleen), Heather Peters (Matthew) and Tiffany Howell (Josh); his grandchildren, Savannah, Trinity Auchtung, Tanner, Madison Poppert, Wyatt and Wilton Howell; his siblings, David Auchtung Jr. (Martha), Julie Zbigniewicz (Jim) and Randy Auchtung (Gerri); and his siblings-in-law, Sally, David Waddell, Terri and Jeff Wilke. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
