He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Carmichael and Sibyl Carmichael; and his cousin Jim Duha (Kim). He is survived by: his siblings, Laura Larue (Robert), Scott Carmichael (Jimmy Sparks) and Chris Carmichael; his niece Chelsea Larue (Jarrod Phillips); his great-niece Adelynn Phillips; and his cousins, Jack Duha (Joie) and Carol Johnson (Jeff). He is also survived by many friends.
