William C. Baltazar Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on August 15, 2025, William C. Baltazar (Sun Prairie, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, Marshall, Edward and Joseph; his sisters-in-law, Margaret and Helen; and his mother Hope.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jill Deichmann (Brant), Kelly Baltazar (Eliot Edwards) and Alexandra Culver; his wife Chris; his siblings, Robert, Frank, Lawrence (Alice), Anthony, Arthur (Carolyn) and Bertha (Walter); and his grandchildren, Stella Edwards, Benjamin, Joel Deichmann, Carter and Kennedy Culver. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and lifelong friends.
