He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carlson and Hazel Carlson (DeBrock); and his brothers, William Carlson (Darlene) and Glen Carlson (Barbara). He is survived by: his wife Donna Layman; his children, Heather Bjerketvedt (Damian) and Jamie Carlson; his grandchildren, Natilee Carlson (Austin Scott), Maxine Carlson, Nadia and Natasha Bjerketvedt; his great grandchild Adeline; and his brother Garry Carlson (Gail). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
