It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine R. De Vinck of Superior, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 29, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Emil Ruthgeerts and Rose Ruthgeerts (Van Landschoot); her grandfather Emil; her children, Nancy Pickett (Pat) of Mountain Iron, MN., Sandy Hill of Janesville, WI., Debbie McGahey (Mike) of Prior Lake, MN., Linda Borgen (Dave) of Bloomington, MN., Brian De Vinck of Oak Park, IL and Beth Neuendorf (Jeff) of Lino Lakes, MN.; her grandchildren, Rob, Lori, Erik, Pam, Dustin, Nikki, Kyle, Will and Jena; her sister Marie Ruthgeerts; her husband Terry (Terry); and her brother Joseph Ruthgeerts. She was also cherished by many great grandchildren.
