She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Gunski and Ethel Gunski (Palm); her husband Richard Gondik, Sr.; her son Ricky Simensen; and her great grandchild James Kauther.
She is survived by: her children, Roxanne Blackwell (Joe), Rick Gondik, Jr., Kim Osterlund (Paul) and Terry Gondik (Melissa); and her grandchildren, Jessica, Danielle, Derek, Garrett, Jacob, Jenna, Chad and Heidi.
