She is survived by: her former spouse Bert Smith Sr.; her children, Melisse Smith, Bert Smith Jr. (Melanie) and Addie; her grandchildren, Martez, Armond, Nataleah, Xavier, Jade, Taylani, Taiz, Malakai and Azalyn; her sisters, Rosemary Marquette (Dave) and Marian Modderman; and also, Hector Rosa Vega (Kandice) and Matthew Osborne (Ashley). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
