He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam "Edge" Mizinski and Helen Mizinski (Waletzko); his wives, Carol Mizinski (Erickson) and Louise Mizinski (McMillan); and his daughter Susan Gann (Mizinski).
He is survived by: his brother Adam Mizinski; his children, Lori Crowley (Bruce) and Jeffrey "Jeff" Mizinski (Sheila); his grandchildren, Deborah Crowley Burks (Aaron), John Crowley (Syrinda), Trenton Mizinski (Jacqueline), Cassandra Mizinski (Dustin), Kali Gann Miller (Chad) and Gracie Gann; and his great grandchildren, Lily, Paisley, Wyatt, Charlotte, Michael, Luis and Truitt.
In honor of Jack's life, and in lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in his memory to St. Francis Catholic Church in Superior, Wisconsin, continuing his lifelong devotion to his faith and church community.
