With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mabel Downer Williams of Superior, Wisconsin, born in Bowdle, South Dakota, who passed away on September 24, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Adney Downer and Alma Downer; her husband Paul; and her siblings, Ella Downer, May Anderson, Edna Brucklacher, Perry Downer and Ivan Downer.

She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Williams of Superior and Laura Williams of Gaithersburg, MD. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces.

Should friends desire, memorials may be made to United Presbyterian Church or to the donor's choice in memorial of Mabel.
