We bid farewell to Mary A. Benson of Superior, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 1, 2025 at the age of 79. Mary touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ernst (Sovich) and Anthony Ernst; her husband Archie; her siblings, Katie Gunderson and John; and her brothers-in-law, Jim and Dwayne.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Benson (Linda), Kathy Levine (Kelly) and Karey Strong; her grandchildren, Billy, Tyler Benson, Nicole Levine (Pat Peterson), Kasey Bye (Tony), Taylor Southerton and Michael Strong; her great grandchildren, Bradley, Emma Peterson, Autumn, Willow, Rainey Bye, James, Reese, Archie and Hazel; her siblings, Theresa Mattson, Alice Robertson, Aggie Jensen (Gordy) and Tony Ernst, Jr. (Carol); and her sister-in-law Carol Black. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Log Cabin Tavern (2821 County Rd E, South Range, WI 54874).
