He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald V. Walsh and Patricia L. Walsh (Gibson); his grandson Gibson Walsh; his brother Todd Walsh; and his half-sister Ann Santana.

He is survived by : his girlfriend Bonnie Olson; his sons, Tyler Walsh (Debra) of Hayward and Tim Walsh (Terri Olsen) of Superior; his grandson Keegan Walsh of Hayward; his sister Jan Young of Superior; and his half-brothers, Tom Walsh (Kim) of Indianapolis and Don Walsh (Tammie) of Superior.
