He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Hoffman and Ellen Hoffman (Qually); his wife Gail Galliford; his brother Bill Hoffman; his brothers-in-law, John Adamic, Gary Galliford and Guy Galliford; and his pet Lucy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Douglas Hoffman (Nancy) of Barnum, MN and Shirley Adamic of Barnum, MN. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Salem Mahtowa Hall (2706 1st St, Barnum, MN 55707). A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
