He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hoch and Rita Hoch; his stepfather Thomas Dunleavy; and his brothers, Bob, Dana and Jim.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and good friends.
