He is survived by: his wife Pat; his son Matthew Higgins of Denver, CO; his stepchildren, Thomas Moore (Cheryl) of Raytown, MO, Michael Moore of Superior and Robert Moore (Debbie) of St. Cloud; his grandchildren, Jessa Volkmann (Jacob) and Kayla Moore; his great grandchild Georgia Volkmann; his siblings, Cheryl Morgan (Mike) of Cincinnati, OH, Jeffrey Pederson (Jodie) of Superior and Lisa Larsen (Jeff) of Foxboro; and his pet Rocky. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
