He was predeceased by: his former wife Marion Noyes (Hanson); his daughter Carrie Jo Noyes; his brother Russell Noyes; his stepbrothers, Loren "Butch" Noyes, Darwin "Pudge" Noyes and Terry Noyes; and his close friend Marlene Doyle.

He is survived by: his children, Tamara Christensen, Tracy Bertilson (Ross), David Noyes and Dave Snelling of Spokane, WA; his stepsiblings, Rayola Labarge and Dale Noyes; his grandsons, Adam Pepple (Tiffany) and Aaron Pepple (Vanessa); and his great grandchildren, Savanna and Presley Pepple. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
