It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Shannon Hemphill of Superior, Wisconsin, born in Red Wing, Minnesota, who passed away on April 20, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parent Paulette Marie Fairbanks of Boynton Beach; his children, Christopher Allen Hemphill, Shane William Hemphill, Alyshia May Hemphill and Patrick Allen Honkanen; his close friend Cathy Ruby; his wife Kimberly Ann Hemphill; his grandchildren, Aden Miles Fegraeus, Matthew John Fegraeus, Aunnica May Fegraeus and Ava Marie Fegraeus; his siblings, Kelly Rae Fairbanks Lord, Lynn Marie Levens (Tim), Neil Curtis Fairbanks (Wendy), Jacqueline Ann Crowley, Tracey Lee Fairbanks and Penny Louise Patterson (Troy); Brianna and Brayden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
