David L. Gerndt Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David L. Gerndt of Suring, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 16, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Gerndt and Helen Trever (Lemke Gerndt); his stepfather Donald Trever; his daughter Trisha Simon; his brother Dale Gerndt; his in-laws, Gerald and Helen Williamsen; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Williamsen and Irv Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Williamsen; his children, Lesliegh Ann Marx, Brian Gerndt (Wendy) and Nicole Owens (Ryan); his son-in-law Jeff Simon (Terri); his grandchildren, Greg Marx, Shauna Marx, Katie Wolfinger, Megan Mezera (Kyle), Nathen Gerndt (Margaret), Natalie LeClair, Jaxen Gerndt, Richard LeClair, Finley Owens, Nic Simon (Bella) and Ian Simon; his great grandchildren, Otto and Elijah; his siblings, Jean Suring (Curt), Jill Wendt (Jerry), Judy Johnson and Jane Gilson (Doug); and his brothers-in-law, Dave Williamsen (Debbie) and John Williamsen (Lorna). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated to Maple Valley Community Church or Gideons International for bibles.
