It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eleanor J. Scheer of Suring, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 17, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Gustav Schuettpelz; her husband Melvin Scheer; her siblings-in-law, Ruth Buchholz (Harley), Arnie Schneider and John Ottman; her brother Howard; and her grandson Travis Christie.

She is survived by : her children, Scott Scheer (Kim) of Appleton, Carmen Strauss (Dan) of Shawano and Carla Christie (Mike) of Hortonville; her granddaughters, Stephanie, Katie and Emma; her siblings, Marvin Schuettpelz (Virginia) of Appleton, Sande Wegner (Marlin) of Suring, Iris Ottman of Appleton, Will Schuettpelz (Kathy) of Barron, Harlan Schuettpelz (Judy) of Long Lane, MO, Vernon Schuettpelz (Sue) of Suring and Renae Steffeck (Mike) of Suring; and her sister-in-law Dolores Schneider of Eagle River. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Eleanor's honor to St. John Lutheran School.
