She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Vernon Jack and Janice Jack of Appleton; her spouse Jerry Moede; her children, Erin Cooke (Chris) and Adam Moede (Heather); her granddaughters, Naomi, Aria and Chloe; her brother Tim Jack (Tammy) of Appleton; and her brother-in-law Dan Moede of Keshena.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Lakes County Public Library or Tabor Lutheran Church.
