He is survived by: his children, Laurie Belongia (Steve), Peggy Belongia (Pat), Leonard C. Heise Jr. (Sharon), Tina Deneys (Gary), Tammy Karnes (Gary), Dawn Kriegel (Joe) and Lloyd Heise (Julie); his pet Miggie; his grandchildren, Gary Heise, Tony Kalous (Holly), Jenny Friedman (Ryan), Ashley Voltz (Christopher), Tonya Rosina (Al), Tiffany Belongia, Charles Heise (Chynnia), Molly Woodke (Bob), Douglas Belongia Jr. (Brittany), Krystle Tomczik (Nick), Gabrielle Dey (Nate), McKayla Campshure (Blair), Matthew Kriegel, Mariah Kriegel and Jarod Chazell (Lizzy); his sister Betty Van Rens; and his siblings-in-law, Edward Wolf Jr. (Judy), Lorraine Kruschke (Pete), Mary Ann Anderson and Marie Wolf (DeeDee). He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
