With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorraine M. Riegert of Suring, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 27, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Lorraine may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Sylvester and Adeline Sylvester (Holl); her husband Ervin Riegert; her children, Daniel Riegert and Barbara Baumgartner; her sisters, Pat Kurey (Andy), Alice Spencer (Tom) and Betty Sylvester; and her sister-in-law Judith Sylvester.

She is survived by: her sons, Robert Riegert (Judy), Alan Riegert (Dawn) and William Riegert; and her brother John Sylvester. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
