He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Moldenhauer and Eunice Moldenhauer. He is survived by: his children, Ariel and Hayden; his grandchildren, Mia and Mason; his niece Kristina Forestiere; and his siblings, Mark Moldenhauer (Joyce), Pam Forestiere and Brian Moldenhauer (Jann).
