He is survived by: his mother Madeline Telisczak (Poppe) of Medford, WI; and his siblings, John of Cornell, WI, Steve (JoAnne) of Gilman, WI and Karen Lemke (Larry) of Gilman, WI. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
