She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Lampien and Helen Lampien (Dable); her children, Rebecca and Daniel; her sister Kathleen Bethke; and her brothers-in-law, Howard and Ron Sager.
She is survived by: her husband Chuck; her sons, David (Melissa) of Thorp and Mike of Lublin; her daughter-in-law Heather Boehlke of Withee; her grandchildren, Daniel, Rachel, Miranda, Luke and Ava; her stepgrandchildren, Megan, Shayne and Morgan; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Christian, Nayeli and Nataly; her siblings-in-law, Ken Bethke, Carole Sager and Sharon Sager; her nephews, Bruce, Paul Bethke, John Sager (Caryn) and Corey Sager; and her niece Jennifer Zimmerman (Tim). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers and plants, the family requests memorials to St. John's Lutheran Church in Withee.
