It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Troy W. Vetterkind of Thorp, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 4, 2025, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Lynn Vetterkind; his grandparents, Donna, Malen Teclaw, Rueben and Velva Vetterkind; his uncles, Richard and James Vetterkind; his stepfather Larry Paskert; and his stepbrother Quincy Paskert.
He is survived by: his mother Paula Vetterkind (Teclaw) of Sanford, NC; his siblings, Melissa Vetterkind of Sanford, NC and Morgan Vetterkind (Logan) of Dallas, WI; his nephew Liam of Sanford, NC; his uncles, Jerry Teclaw (Renee) of Thorp, WI and Patrick Vetterkind of Dallas, WI; his stepmother Cindy Knight of Owen, WI; and his stepsiblings, Melissa Paskert of Thorp, WI and Tony Paskert (Julie) of Thorp, WI.. He is also survived by his extended family and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Bernard-St. Hedwig's Catholic Church (111 N Church St, Thorp, WI 54771). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
