He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Curtis and Lola Curtis (Breitenfeldt). He is survived by: his former wife Terri Curtis; his sons, Doug and Greg Curtis; and his brothers, Larry and Jay Curtis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Tigerton Cemetery (530 Lynn St, Tigerton, WI 54486).
