She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Keckhaver and Lorraine Keckhaver (Kenning); her husband Rusty Hoffmann; and her daughters, Tina Hedtke (Richie) and Tara Breitrick.

She is survived by : her daughters, Tracy Lewis, Theresa Kressel (Randy), Heather Hoffmann (Mike) and Schultz; her grandchildren, Justin Breaker (Laura), Brittany Breaker, Tanesha Breaker, Keya Lewis, Tasia Miskovich (Robert), Levi Stenson (Tiffany), Chase Stenson, Amber Nutter (Chris), Elaina Arnold (Will), Dakota Pingel and Kaitlyn Pingel; her siblings, Audrey Bierman, Shirley Dahlke, David Keckhaver (Vicki) and Sam Keckhaver; and her close friends, Jan Breitrick and Robert Koontz.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established by her family.
