She was predeceased by : her parents, Leo Kastner and Eunice Kastner (Johnson); her former life partner Jim Berg; her son Robert "Bob" Arndt; and her siblings, Kenneth Johnson and Sandy Werner.

She is survived by : her husband Wayne Arndt; her children, Scott Berg (Karyn), Lee Berg (Vicki), Tom Berg (Kim) and Shelly Kraning (Jeff); her grandchildren, James Berg, Heather Berg, Dylan Berg (Rachel), Houston Kizewski (Devin), Tyler Berg (Amanda), Alec Berg (Kylie), Jon Berg (Heather), Jordan Arndt, Tasha Kersten (James), Tabitha Arndt (Tyler), Fred Kraning (Aubrie), Jada Kraning and Ashley Kraning; her great grandchildren, Chayton, Maddux, Myla, Kamryn, Cooper, Laiklyn, Saylor, Jett, Dax, Lorelai, Dawson and Coltyn; her siblings, Maxine Williams and Tom Kastner; and her brother-in-law Tom Werner.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Peace Lutheran Church (N3301 County Rd SS, Tigerton, WI 54486). A memorial service was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
