She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Thor and Stella Thor (Skubal); her husband Donald Zachek of Joseph's Catholic Church; her siblings, Adeline Novak (Victor), Grace, Alvin Thor (Mary), Adolph Thor (Mary) and Archie Thor (Loretta); her siblings-in-law, Laddie Zachek and Evelyn Zachek; her godson Marvin Zachek; and her father-in-law Anton (Josephine Zachek).
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol (Al Kohnle), Lois (John Schultz) and Sandra (Roger Novak); her grandchildren, Jeff Kohnle (Karen Schwind), Nathan Kohnle (Danette), Mike Kohnle (Sarah), Erin Jerabek (Jason), Holly Schreiber (Tom) and Emily Avalos (Marco); and her great grandchildren, Sydney, Reese, Gabrielle Kohnle, Sean, Nora, Rachel Jerabek and Penelope Schreiber.
