He was predeceased by : his parents, Godfrey Mallory and Ruth Mallory (Pedersen); his siblings, Doug Mallory (Charlotte) and Amy Mallory; and his nephew David Dotson (Mallory).

He is survived by : his brothers, Pete Mallory (Patti) of Baraboo, WI and Matthew Mallory (Juanita); and his pet Benji. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
