He is survived by: his mother Carol Crouch (Raabe); his wife Naomie; his children, Karissa Crouch, Chandra Crouch (Daj), Jesi Crouch and Tristen Crouch (Angel); his grandchildren, Braedyn, Ellee, Rorri, Ryder, Almyra, Melladeyn, Mya, Ivan and Charlotte; his stepfather Dave Reinart; his grandmother Inez Raabe; and his siblings, Jerrad Crouch, Carrie Benson (Doug) and Jamie Crouch (Jamie Knutson). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
