He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Binter and Ada Binter (Marana); his parents-in-law, Frances Bailey and Bernard Bailey; and his siblings-in-law, Jean Bailey, Howard Bailey and Gerald Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Binter of Mary's Catholic Church; his children, Crystal Rezin (Greg), Raquel Fortun (Don) and Britany Boak; his grandchildren, Halle, Cade, Ella, Emma, Justin and Nora; his siblings, Ron Binter (Jane), Debbie Nachtigal (Ron) and Janice Binter (Darrell Pope); and his siblings-in-law, Karen Bailey, Michael Bailey (Jean), Thomas Bailey (Joan), Lois Bailey, Linda Cabasos (Carlos) and Patty Bailey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Torkelson Funeral Home (2224 Superior Ave, Tomah, WI 54660). Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Tomah - Torkelson Funeral Home (2224 Superior Ave, Tomah, WI 54660). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Queen of the Apostles Parish (315 W Monroe St, Tomah, WI 54660).
