She was predeceased by: her parents, John "William" Worthington and Vera Worthington (Lamb); and her husband Clair Muehlenkamp. She is survived by: her children, Vicky Baker (Robert) of Tomah and Jeffrey Muehlenkamp (Billie) of Wauneta, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Jason Peck, Jayme Muehlenkamp (Brad Martin), Jade Muehlenkamp (Lorna) and Jared Muehlenkamp (Sadie); her stepgrandson Wayne Baker; her great grandchildren, Remey Martin, Adler Muehlenkamp and Fin Muehlenkamp; and her stepgreat-granddaughter Hope Baker. She is also survived by many other family members and close friends.
