We are sad to announce that, on July 9, 2025, at the age of 79, Douglas J. Lewis (Tomah, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Lewis and Juanita Lewis; his siblings, Bill and Wanda; and his parents-in-law, Gene and Marie Pedersen.
He is survived by: his wife Chris Brookman (Pedersen); his sons, Guy and Dean (Lori); his stepchildren, Jenna Olson and Ryan Brookman (Cathy); his grandchildren, Taylor, Mikayla, Gabby, Ashlyn, Drew, Alayna, Ethan and Aly; and his brother-in-law Bob Pedersen.
Memorials may be given to JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund), Wounded Warrior Fund or St Paul's Lutheran Church.
