We are sad to announce that on July 9, 2025, at the age of 79, Douglas J. Lewis (Tomah, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Lewis and Juanita Lewis; his siblings, Bill and Wanda; and his parents-in-law, Gene and Marie Pedersen.
He is survived by: his wife Chris Brookman (Pedersen); his sons, Guy and Dean (Lori); his stepchildren, Jenna Olson and Ryan Brookman (Cathy); his grandchildren, Taylor, Mikayla, Gabby, Ashlyn, Drew, Alayna, Ethan and Aly; and his brother-in-law Bob Pedersen.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and at 11:00 PM at the St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church (525 Superior Ave, Tomah, WI 54660). A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church (525 Superior Ave, Tomah, WI 54660).
Memorials may be given to JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund), Wounded Warrior Fund or St Paul's Lutheran Church.
