James M. Weinzatl Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James M. Weinzatl of Tomah, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 28, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Loretta Weinzatl (Weber) and Martin Weinzatl; his nephew Bradley Bushman; and his brother-in-law Jeff Hueckman. He is survived by: his former wife Wilma Webber; his children, Scott Weinzatl (Betty), Lisa Weinzatl and Jason Weinzatl (Jazmyn); his grandchildren, Tyler Weinzatl, Jennifer Weinzatl, Jenaica Weinzatl, Jayden Weinzatl, Jerrick Weinzatl and Jaxon Weinzatl; his stepgrandchildren, Brittany Suhr and Jared Kutschan; and his sisters, Theresa Bushman (Eugene), Donna Koch (Doug) and Barb Hueckman. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A rosary will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Torkelson Funeral Home (2224 Superior Ave, Tomah, WI 54660). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Queen of the Apostles Parish (315 W Monroe St, Tomah, WI 54660). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the same location.
