She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Parrish (Gray); her husband Forrest S. Hart; her father Melvin Parrish, Sr.; her daughters, Pamala Rezin and Juanita Hancock; her granddaughters, Elizabeth Hart and Danielle Stonger; her great grandchild Emma Jean Hart; her siblings, Melvin "Bud" Parrish (Jarda), Donna Lou DeFlorian (Leonard), Ella "Babe" Huntington (Dale), Lola Jean Davidson, Melva Yttri (Dwain), Barbara Davidson and Carol Isbell (Don); her siblings-in-law, Maxine Hart, Helen Anderson (Robert), Ruth Hart, Marlene Anderson (Gill), Delores Randall and Donald Onnards (Sara); and her parents-in-law, Charles and Fern Hart.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Hart of Warrens, Cynthia Lambert (Doug) of Warrens and Lorraine Stonger; her sons-in-law, Dan Rezin (Jane) of Warrens and Richard Hancock of Warrens; and her brother-in-law Kenneth Randall of Tomah. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Congregational United Church of Christ (115 W Lacrosse St, Tomah, WI 54660). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
