He is survived by: his children, Carrie McDonald of Dallas, TX, Christie Broadhurst (Michael) of Tomah, WI, Raquel Medlock of Okeechobee, FL and Eddie Decker; and his brothers, Richard "David" Andrews of Phoenix, AZ, Johnny Decker of Newalla, OK and Jerry Decker of Midwest City, OK. He is also survived by His nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
