It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert C. Gnewikow of Tomah, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 19, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottis Gnewikow and Bernice Gnewikow (Giraud). He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. Hericks of Tomah; his children, James (Bettina) of Sequim, WA, Travis (Desirae) of La Crosse, Louis Thompson of Tomah, Jennifer Siedler (Kevin) of Kendall and Clint Gundersen of Sparta; his grandchildren, Garrett, Christina, Aryell, Richie, Remi, Maverick, Kylee and Morgan; and his siblings, Joyce, Rick, Sara and David. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John Ev. Lutheran Church (21693 Co Hwy A, Tomah, WI 54660). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hanson-Stark-Leith-Paeth Wilton American Legion Post #508 (508 Walker St, Wilton, WI 54670).
