She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Stickney and Marie Stickney (Schieven); her daughter Stephanie; and her siblings, Lori and Gary.
She is survived by: her children, Samantha Bach (Ernie) and Eric Frank (Sonnet); her grandchildren, Taylor (Dawson Swatek), Haylee, Cayden, Jason, Kellan and Nathan; her brother Don Stickney (Marcy); and her sister-in-law Patty Stickney (Stephen Frank). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Veda's commitment to service was unwavering, and her contributions to the organization left an indelible mark on its members and the many veterans it served.
