She is survived by: her husband Charles J. Picard; her children, David Picard of Tomah, Cathy Bernhardt (Steve) of Tomah, Susan Wilbanks (Daniel) of Tomah, Andrew Picard (Traci) of Oconto Falls and Michele Picard of Tomah; her grandchildren, Kimberly Robertson (Matthew), Tyler Bernhardt (Jonna), Nathan Wilbanks (Elizabeth), Nehemiah Wilbanks (Carrie), Ricardo Castro, Nicholas Wilbanks (Diana Verway), Deazman Picard, Angel Kelly (Bryon), Jesse Picard and Zander Rogers; her great grandchildren, Lillian, Hannah, Emily, Aaron, Arianna, Sawyer, Oliver, Sebastian, Mya, Zelma, Zoey, Zaylee, Natalie, Jonathan, Ava, Masiey, Trent, Seth, Layla, Brennan and Kaelyn; her siblings, Howard Griffin (Lynn), Veva Knutson (Robert), Vernon Griffin (Janet) and Lisa Griffin; and her siblings-in-law, Barb Griffin, Shiela Picard, Janice Picard, James Picard (Carol), Thomas Picard (Jean), Dale Picard (Kathy), Senator David O'Connell and Kathleen Nance. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
